Our Coaching Commitment

At Coach Milap, we view coaching as a powerful and dedicated partnership. Our programs are designed to create profound and lasting transformation, which requires deep commitment from both the coach and the client. When you enroll in a coaching program, you are not just buying sessions; you are securing Coach Milap's dedicated time, energy, and professional commitment for the entire duration of your agreed-upon journey.

To honor this commitment, we have a clear and transparent payment and refund policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a payment.

Policy on Refunds

All coaching packages and services are non-refundable.

When you purchase a coaching package, you are securing a place in Coach Milap's schedule that is then unavailable to others. The full payment, whether made upfront or in installments, confirms your commitment to the entire coaching process. We do this to ensure that you are fully invested in your personal and professional growth from day one.

As outlined in the Coaching Agreement signed by every client:

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions if you choose to discontinue the coaching program before completing all your sessions.

You remain legally and financially responsible for the full fee of the entire coaching package you agreed to, regardless of whether you complete the sessions.

Early Termination & Unused Sessions

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, the coaching engagement is a commitment to a structured process over an agreed-upon period.

Client's Choice to Stop: If you feel you have achieved your goals earlier than expected or decide to stop for any personal reason, you are still liable for the full cost of the program. Unused sessions will not be refunded or prorated.

Transfer of Services: While refunds are not provided, you may request to transfer the value of your remaining sessions toward a future coaching engagement or extend the service period, subject to the Coach's approval and availability. This must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Flexibility: The Progress Review Check-in

For longer coaching engagements, we build in formal progress reviews every three months. This is a vital part of our process to ensure we are on track to meet your goals.

As per our agreement, this review also serves as a formal check-in point. If, at the conclusion of a scheduled progress review, you (or your sponsoring organization) decide to discontinue the coaching services, you may terminate the agreement without obligation for any future, un-rendered portions of the program. This does not entitle you to a refund for any services already paid for or rendered up to that point.

Session Rescheduling & Cancellations

We ask for your cooperation in maintaining the schedule to ensure a consistent and effective coaching experience.

To Reschedule a Session: We require a minimum of 8 hours' advance notice. Sessions can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time without penalty if this notice is provided.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 8 hours' notice, miss a session without notice, or are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered completed and will be forfeited.

If the Coach Reschedules: If Coach Milap needs to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, he will provide as much notice as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time with no cost or penalty to you.

Policy Acknowledgment

This page provides a summary of our payment and refund terms. All clients are required to read, understand, and sign the comprehensive Coaching Agreement before starting a program. This legal document governs our partnership and contains the full details of our policies. Making a payment signifies your full acceptance of these terms.
